text vs.talk

"I hate texting. My two sons 32 and 21 will not answer a phone call, but if I text them, they will reply. I feel like I am being forced into it, despise it, and it is sad. It most certainly effects our bond. I do not have a text phone, but keep texting on my plan by the message. I work on computer all day in my job. So, the last thing I want to do is text someone. Even if I did, I find it very impersonal. I can understand texting in only very limited circumstances. Call me and we can have a real laugh, LOL." - Monicat

I do text but I don't like people LOL me
I do use my phone but not as often as I text on my itouch or pc
What would it be like for me to live w/o texting/messaging one day
Maybe i'll become weirder and weirder
I don't know how to converse sometimes, like brain just freezes
I heard most people don't give a f*** of what you say
So I should be okay
